Our Story

Klein Roofing was founded by Luis Sanchez in Klein, TX on March 2008. At the time, Luis was 27 years old and had worked hands-on with roofs and siding since he was 16 years old with his father. After working for a few roofing companies and one insurance company as a claims adjuster, he founded Klein Roofing with 11 years of experience under his belt. Luis believed he could use his expertise in both sides of the industry to help both homeowners and insurance companies in the claims process.

Luis opened the company during the recession. Although it was a difficult time, he managed to acquire business and put food on the table by going above and beyond to assist homeowners with their insurance claims to replace their damaged or old roofs.

Growing Klein Roofing

After years of hard work and success in the roofing industry, an opportunity to open an office in San Antonio, TX presented itself in 2015. Since then, Klein Roofing has been named one of the top roofing contractors in the area, replacing over two thousand roofs in the area and counting. We are proud of this accomplishment and thankful for our loyal customers.

With proven success in Texas and with high demand for quality roofers in Florida, Luis decided to open Klein's first location in Florida in 2019. Due to the storms and urgent need across Florida, we have been able to help hundreds of customers with the rebuilding process in just the few short years since entering that market.
